OCCULT TETHERED CORD: IMMAGINE OF PRONE POSITION MRI - Vanni VERONESI MD

The figure below is part of the scientific work published in major international scientific journal by Japanese colleagues at the University of Hiroshima (see the relevant page within the site: "OCCULT TETHERED CORD, INSTRUMENTAL DIAGNOSIS: PRONE POSITION MRI") on Magnetic Resonance in the prone position in patients with occult tethered cord syndrome.
The left part of the figure below is relative to the Magnentic Resonance in prone position of a healthy person in the control group, in the right part of the figure indicated Magnetic Resonance prone to a patient with occult tethered cord.
In patients with occult tethered cord syndrome the filum terminale does not switch to the force of gravity with radicelle nervous but remains in the rear position (HEAD OF WHITE ARROW RIGHT SIDE IN THE FIGURE).
